What to include in a bug report

Which tool you were using (e.g. PDF Merger)
Your browser and operating system (e.g. Chrome 126 on Windows 11)
The file type and approximate size — please don't email the file itself if it's sensitive; a description is enough, since we can't reproduce with your file anyway (it never reached us)
What you expected vs. what happened
